Mental health is a balance between living in the present, healing the past, and identifying and pursuing our dreams. Many of us are challenged with knowing and living from the authentic Self while holding down jobs, raising children, and working together with a significant other. As children, we were raised by parents from a different generation who did not have the technological advances, social pressures, and financial pressures that adults face today. I believe healing is possible. I adhere to creating the best plan for optimal progress and success.

"I have been going to Wendy Conquest for over a year now and she had helped me through a very difficult time. I consider her to be a very good therapist, she is not only a great listener, but helps me to understand why people do the things they do. She has taught me the coping skills in order to handle situations in everyday life and in stressful times. Wendy has worked hard to educate herself and continues to educate herself in order to help her clients. Her ability to offer a safe place where you can be open and honest with your feelings without judgement is incredible. When you are going through hard times and already feel vulnerable, it is extremely important to feel safe. I can't say enough good things about Wendy, and how she has truly helped me. If you want a safe place, call Wendy Conquest!"
"During the most traumatizing period of my life, Wendy was my rock. Over the months and years, she helped me to process my shock, my fear, my anger, my sorrow, my grief, my new reality. She helped me to remember me, and to recognize myself when everything else in my life was unrecognizable. Because of her kind and caring and straight-forward counseling approach, because of her empathy and humanity, I kept moving through it and forward. And, I'm living life today happier and healthier than I've lived it in years. I remain and will forever be grateful to Wendy for giving me hope."
